Due to the nature of our items, we will not be able to accept any cancelations or returns because of customer's circumstances including wrong orders. We will not accept exchanges or returns for any reasons except for obvious initial defects.

When packing the items, we strictly check whether there are any problems with the condition of them, and in order to give our customers peace of mind, we record the state of packing the items with a video.

If the item you received is damaged, please contact the delivery company first.

We accept exchanges due to initial defects within 3 days of your delivery date, so please contact us from the form below. If there is no exchangeable item due to sold out, we will refund it. We cannot accept exchanges or returns after wearing for any reason. Please note that we will not be able to accept your return without our permission.

Please note that we do not cover the cost of international returns. To ensure your item is returned in refundable condition use the same shipping box the item was delivered in or that the item is cushioned and firmly secured in a box. If you experience difficulties such as loss of item, contact the shipping carriers directly to file for lost items. It may seem severe, but so much attention is paid to the quality, the finishing and packaging of our items. Please do not worry about shopping.

Return / exchange conditions

After the item is returned, we will inspect it. We respond only if it is judged to be defective. Please note that we will not be able to accept your return without our permission. Also, we cannot accept returns or exchanges in the following cases.

・in the case of that the customer makes a mistake in selecting the item, or mistakenly places an order in duplicate
・in the case of that the item is different from what you imaged
・in the case of that the color of the item is different from the one what the screen show
・in the case of that the size does not match you
・in the case of that the items are clearly judged to be used by our confirmation
・in the case of that you returned without prior notice
・items that have been received for more than 3 days
・items that have been tried on
・semi custom items
・in the case of that the package or accessories are lost or damaged
